I wish all the Dirnelia dog owners and all the lovely people thatwe have met through the years while breeding, the very bestand hope that these dogs will bring you just as much love and joythat we have had in the past. I want to thank everyone one for their support and all the updates that I still receive from everyone with wonderfull feedback and photo’s of their pets.
My thanks to the Kennel Union of South Africa for their help and assistance during these years and especially the last two years during a very difficult time.
NOW I COME TO A SERIOUS MATTER RECENTLY BROUGHTUNDER MY ATTENTION:
It came to my attention that two lovely female chocolate LabradorBitches that I have given to Miss S. Flavell in June 2010, have been sold by her with a pedigree that she obtained from another breeding Society by presenting fraudulent KUSA pedigree’s to them. She signed a letter with me that clearly indicates that they were given to her in good faith only as pets and it was stipulated that under no circumstances they must be used for breeding. She singed this document and I never gave her any pedigree’s of these dogs. There was no payment received for them, or pedigree’s given. There was no way she could put these dogs onto her name as I still have the original KUSA pedigrees on file with me.
What is most upsetting is that the breeder name was changed to Mr PJS Van Der Merwe, and the owner name to Miss S A Flavell. The sire was shown as Carriegame Bobby Dazzler of Dirnelia andthe dam as “Linnie” (I don’t know who she is) no suffix or affix.I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EVERYONE THAT CARRIEGAMEBOBBY DAZZLER OF DIRNELIA WAS IMPORTED BY D.C.BAKKES AND NEVER BELONGED TO ANY OTHER BREEDER. HE WAS SELECTIVELY USED AS STUD MALE TO ONLY 2 WELL KNOWN AND RESPECTED BREEDERS. NEVER TO ANYONE ELSE. HE HAVE ONLY BEEN SOLD NOW ON
28 SEPT 2011 TO MRS. H. WHITLOCK WHO WILL LEGALLYCHANGE OWNERSHIP.
PLEASE BE ON THE ALERT FOR THESE PERSONS CONCERNED. IF THEY COULD DO THIS ONCE, THEY CAN DO THIS AGAIN .THE MISTAKE I MADE WAS TO BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND DID NOT STERILISE THESE DOGS BEFORE I GAVE THEM TO S. FLAVELL. EVERYONE WHO READS THIS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DOG YOU GIVE AWAY ARE STERILISED BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TOO SOMEONE AS A GIFT.
